happy to be in first raft of this excellent triple IPA. Sum is greater than parts.
a) Dark amber brown body with thick head that leaves islands and bits of lace.
s) Large nuanced, pine shellac, floral, citrus aroma.
t) Follows smell in outsized, shellac and pine core, and sweet, but tempered, caramel, rye malt backbone. Dank, floral, mysterious, meditation beer to tease apart its nuanced, solemn notes.
f) Meditation beer needs body and gravitas, while finishing clean - She' brew delivers. Goddess.
o) Sum is greater than parts. Bring me another, let's share it because strong!

22oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a very small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of rich toffee and caramel with pine notes. Malty with caramel and toffee. A piney bitter finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium to dark bronze amber with a fine half-finger aged ivory head with great retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of mixed biscuit and caramel malt, continental hops, grassy and lightly citrus, toffee, mixed fruit. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, citrus and piney hops, orange citrus, light tropical fruit; finishes with resinous piney and citrus hops, caramel and a moderate alcohol burn. Medium bodied with a lightly syrupy medium to heavy body. A big, sweet triple IPA with East coast style hops with a bit of more Western piney hops to liven things up. Like many big IPAs, has barleywine characteristics, in this case a mixture of sweet English style malts, but with a more American style hop profile. Hops are almost old fashioned tasting, but with hefty caramel malt support. A somewhat sweet, but tasty triple IPA. Malt is big enough this might be interesting to cellar. Although it is a bit boozy, still has so much flavor that it requires careful slow sipping. This was a hard beer to track down, but glad I finally found a bottle.

Pours an effervescent copper with a thumb+ of cream colored head. Very good lacing & stellar head retention
S: Cakeyness ( muted), nose is really tamped down; major flaw here
T: Cakeyness, a little toffee, and pineapple up front, some dryness up front. More cakeyness, a little caramel with leafy and woody hops, plus a touch of grapefruit as this warms. Finishes piney, cakey, plus a little pineapple & dryness, but also a little juicy
MF: Fairly chewy, restrained carbonation; nice balance, warming
Drinks easy enough, a nice take on the

Poured from a 750ml bottle into a sixpoint resin tulip glass.
Look is a golden amber with yellow highlights and little to no head.
The aroma you can smell immediately upon popping the cap. Lots of tropical hops and high astringent alcohol.
Reminds me of 120min. Intense hopping balanced by intense alcohol. Definitely a sipper and a beer that DOMINATES the palate.
Not a regular on my buying list but an interesting alternative to 120.
