Not found in San Antonio, but brought it back from the Wine & More in Orlando.
A - Dark brownish-orange, dunno, coppery? Thin beige head, not a whole lot of lacing.
S - Smelled appealing in the bottle, not so much out of the bottle, though. Scents of caramel and hops, some fruity tones.
T - Spritzy, not overly carbonated and not syrupy either. In fact, it's very light, pleasing on the palate. Very refreshing taste, the west coast hops go over the top, everything else settles on the bottom.
M - Very smooth, clean, efficient. Sits well in the mouth, making this beer easy to enjoy and experience.
D - Extremely drinkable. I'm not Jewish, but I appreciate that it's Kosher, and I like the brewery's sense of humor. Schmaltz needs to push into Texas!
