On tap at Lion's Pride in Brunswick, ME on 8-17, according to the bar tender this was the first keg anywhere... Thanks to whoever added the brewery because I couldn't figure out how to do it on my phone while I was there!

Pours a nice amber/blonde color with a small white head, nose is yeasty/bready/funky - quite nice and reminds me a bit of orval.

Taste is very good right from the start, dry and crisp with that light bretty tart note. A nice light spiciness finishes it off, this thing is deadly drinkable on a hot summer day!

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance -The beer pours a hazed straw amber color with a one finger height puffy head of white foam. The head has a fantastic level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving tons of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a spicy white pepper and coriander smell mixed with some cracker malt and a whole lot of yeast. At the same time there is a touch of citrus, with some lemon and grapefruit as well as some lemongrass, funk, and hay. Some light sour apple and a bit of earth and herb are there as well, producing a rather heavily spiced and rather inviting smell overall.
Taste – The taste starts with a crisp cracker malt flavor paired with lots of lots of coriander and pepper as well as some notes of light sweetness, being mainly of pear and orange. THE sweetness is very light, and gets only lighter as the taste advances, all while the crispness increases. Right from the start there is also a decent showing of yeast and herbal hop, with both getting more intense over the flavor transition. Other flavors of hay and grass, as well as a decent funk develop, and with a touch of lemon, one is left with a crisp and somewhat funky farmhoused taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is rather light and thin with a high carbonation level. For the style the feel is great and it makes for a nice crisp sipper.
Overall – Rather well done for a farmhouse ale. Crisp, funky, moderately spiced and overall rather clean tasting.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of sweet grain, little bit of banana. Tastes of sweet wheat and some fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. It poured a clear golden with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had subtle berry hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with grain and bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

I had this on draft 6/20/23 @ the Beer Temple.

Mostly see-through orange appearance.

Nice white head; frothy lace remained.

Lemon peel, soft wheat & faint banana notes in the nose.

Mild banana & clove flavors up front; hints of lemon & cream on the finish.

A nice, soft treat.

I would call this more of a saison than a pale ale. It tastes like an outstanding saison - light and dry mouth feel, crisp, a little sour with wild yeast taste and characteristics like super carbonation and cloudiness. It's very refreshing after work in the heat outdoors. The outstanding rating is accurate - and it comes close to being world class.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a short tight bubbled head. Small wall of lacing on the glass.

The aroma is nice tart and funky. Dry lemon and metallic notes blend with some horse blanket. Noticeable clove. Bright and inviting.

The taste is light and tart. Minimal malt presence with plenty of lemony tartness. A bit of farmhouse funk. More of an American wild ale than saison but whatever.

The feel is light, crisp and clean. Tingly carbonation with a hardy tart finish.

Nice refreshing farmhouse ale.

Pale cloudy with a nice head

Nose is a beautiful balance of pale malt mild Belgian yeast and lightly spicy hops. Some wheat twang and notes of coriander.

Taste is just what you'd expect. Lightly sweet malt. Cereal graininess, with a clean, dry, hoppiness in the finish.

Feel is perfect. Medium light body. Nicely effervescent carbonation. Crisp and thirst quenching.

A top notch saison. Had it on tap after s long walk on a hot day.

A great saison. Had it on a hot
