On tap at duckfat
The beer pours a deep dark brown with a foamy tan head. This is the darkest farmhouse I've seen since I tried existent. There is no sediment and the head laces thickly. The beer's nose is a big yeast fruitiness accompanied by some sweetness. It doesn't appear to be particularly hoppy or aromatic. Tasting the beer is quite the same, but its balance made it exceptionally great for paring with my pork belly panini.
This beer was very drinkable, but a little over priced. I'm not sure I would run out to grab bombers of this brew, but would get it on tap again if I saw it back home.

Poured into a chalice. This one pours a reddish mahogany with just a small layer of white foam.
The aroma has a faint plumb aroma with some barnyard yeasy notes.
Fruity flavors with figs and plumbs and a little bit of pepper and butter flavors. This finishes with a bit of a floral hop edge.
The body is light and a bit buttery. Unique offering here. Really enjoyable offering. This seems to be inspired by some Belgian quads using saison yeast.
