A: Pours hazy pale copper with a thick but still light off-white head. Slow dissipation leaves fantastic rich lacings.

S: Caramell malt, semi-sweet, is overpowered by the American hops; floral but mainly bitter. There's lots of citric and tropical fruity notes; pineapple, grapefruits and lemon peel.

T: A bit sweet caramell malt. Bitter hops as well as floral; piney and citric notes. Tropical fruitsalad.

M: Aftertaste is very short but holds a nice bitterness. Body is on the lighter side for this style, while carbonation is medium with lots of small but very smooth bubbles.

O: Surprisingly well-crafted for a Swedish AIPA. Perhaps a little more malt would add to the body and hopefully also the aftertaste - the hops need company... (744 characters)

The smell is bitter with quite a lot of citric/grapefruit flavours: Notes of a classic American IPA.

The colour is gold, the liquid is clear. The finger thick head is warm white. Lots of lacing.

The taste got fine hoppy-citric flavours. Dry-tart hints, over all clean flavours. I would say a very West Coast hop-centric IPA with a fine grand bitterness. Dry hoppy fruity flavours in the aftertaste and some cream in the finish.

The carbonation is light, the bubbles small. The liquid is semi-dry.

It doesn’t really stand up to the best American IPAs, but is clearly one of the better Swedish one. In fact, it reminds a bit of the Mikkeller IPAs. (654 characters)
