Good Time Charley's is located at Broadway at the Beach. I stopped there last month while my wife was shopping with the kids and was pleasantly surprised. There is a restaurant, and one side of the bar opens onto the patio, so you can sit outside while enjoying your beer. There were 16 taps, all craft. It appeared that someone had put a bit of thought into the selection, as there were a nice variety of styles and breweries. I had a Westbrook Belgian Pale; other selections included Stone (Arrogant Bastard), Victory (Prima Pils and Storm King Stout), and RJ Rockers (Son of a Peach). They had bottles, but the only craft bottles were along the lines of New Belgium Fat Tire. I did not eat, but the food I saw being brought out looked pretty good. If I ever sample the menu in the future, I will be sure to update.

While there was nothing rare or very unusual here, there were several solid beers on tap, and it will be nice to have another option besides Liberty for a beer while at Broadway. Certainly above average beer selection for Myrtle.

2014 - I've been back a couple of times, the beer selection has been a little less adventurous. Food is decent.

I came here when they first opened back in the summer (May, I think?). This place was awesome back then. It seems as though the beer selection has dwindled quite a bit. They used to have all kinds of craft shit like Old Rasputin and DFF 90 min and Victory Impy Stout. Now the selection is limited to the major micros like SA, SN, with a local from Seawitch. The food is pretty damn good; its actually the saving grace. My first visit here was awesome but it seem like the beer has taken a back seat; sad to see. They still have one of the best selections at Broadway but dont bust your nut.
