12oz bottle poured into a snifter.

A: Pours a clear pale golden yellow with a dense white head sitting on top. Not very much visible carbonation. Head sticks around for a while before leaving some lacing and settling down.

S: Light lagery malt base balanced out with a touch of hop bitterness. Breadiness comes through nicely. Grassy hops.

T: Very balanced brew with a fantastic blend of malts and hops. Starts off with a bit of sweet pale malts, then a dose of hops comes through adding a bit of bitterness. Lager yeast rounds out the backend. Hops linger into the aftertaste.

M: This could be the definition of an easy drinking lager. Light body with ample carbonation. Clean and refreshing dry finish.

Overall this is a very solid pilsner that reminds me of the warm summer weather. Great malting and the hop compliments well.

12 oz. bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Clear pale orange/yellow. Small white head. Thin collar.

Smell - Slightly herbal hop. Crisp pilsner malt. Clean aroma.

Taste - Again a little bit of an herbal hop. Nice pilsner malt. Crisp. Maybe just a bit of sweetness. Spicy finish.

Mouthfeel - Light and crisp. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Excellent pilsner. I had this after Mocha Wednesday. Still tasted good.
