Pour from a 32 oz growler into a tulip glass.
A -- Dark body. Blackish with brown highlights. Not much head.
N -- Coconutty and sweet. Chocolatey.
T -- Strong alcohol taste. Coconuts and chocolates dominate.
M -- Super smooth and creamy.
O -- Pretty good.

Poured from a growler into a tulip on 2/28/14
A: black with a one finger mocha head that dissipates to a thin layer.
S: sweet chocolate with coconut underneath, strong booze, almost creamy
T: a little bitter chocolate, coffee, creamy sweet and just a touch of coconut at the finish but not at all overpowering. Boozy warm and delicious.
M: smooth and heavy with minimal carbonation
O: i love the BA framinghammer and all the variants and this is no exception. The coconut is present just enough to not overpower and blends well with the barrel aged goodness. Glad i picked some up.

On tap at the Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
Pours a dark brown almost black, similar to the rest of these variants. Small quarter inch head, recedes quickly to an oily film. A little bit of lacing.
Smells like rich chocolate fudge, vanilla, and oak. No coconut aromas.
The coconut comes through a little better in the taste, but the the "cocoa" part of the "cocoa-nut" comes through a little better. A little bit of roasted malt, very mild toasted coconut, and tons of rich, dark chocolate, very fudgey.
Medium bodied, creamy and smooth mouthfeel, low carbonation.
The 3rd best Framinghammer variant of the night, probably.
