Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Crystal hops were added at the very end of the boil to give a robust hop flavor and smooth bitterness. This Spicy and floral beer was brewed with a touch of rye malt to accent the spiciness of the hops. Low in alcohol, yet full in flavor.

A: crystal clear; deep gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded to a thin cap; very nice lacing;
S: pine, tropical fruit, a little spice from the rye;
T: pine and tropical fruit up front; tobacco toward the finish that lasted into the aftertaste; moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: not a huge fan of the flavor, but it's very well done;
