One of the smoothest IPAs I've ever had. A thick body feel and taste that goes down with no after taste. Really enjoyable!

Got it in a diner outside Pittsburgh on a Tuesday night on my road trip to DC. Very hazy dark yellow, like a morning piss. Light clingy head evenly distributed. Scent of orange pineapple and lemon. Taste is muted orange rind with a splash of lemon and pineapple. Hops balance the flavor. Medium bodied, a little thicker than a typical IPA. Overall a decent IPA for a one and done chicken dinner.

Poured into a pint glass: color is gold, not transparent but not hazy, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents 1 finger thick and then dissipates to a ring and thin top.

Smell is resinous, piney, citrus rind/pith, light toasted and biscuit malt.

Taste is resinous, maybe more so than aroma, pine, earth, citrus rind/pith, light sweet malt and toasted biscuit, hint of booziness, very good DIPA flavor with big hops and moderate malt presence.

Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness that lingers and dries.

Overall a really good DIPA with hop flavor, dank and resinous, warming feel and well placed aroma and presence.

pours an attractive hazy gold with just a touch of head that dissipates quickly. no lacing
pungent sweet pine, orange peel, cannabis
pine, cannabis and bitter balanced well with something sweet. lingering bitterness and warming booze.
medium resinous mouthfeel. a nice hit of carbonation at the start. building stickiness
a delicious DIPA that checks all the boxes. i may be biased due to this being a local brew but i would stack this up against any similar offerings from much larger breweries

Gifted a can; best before 10/19 on bottom... unsure birthdate.
Full head on pour; quickly dissipated with no lacing; nose almost absent/some biscuit/some hop/grassy. Taste relatively old school west coast dank; resiney and citrus. Some malt backbone/biscuity.
Mouthfeel thin out of the can, but bodied up a bit as beer warmed a bit. Decently smooth but still light for a DIPA.
Overall , very drinkable IPA. Improved with a little rest and de-chilling in the glass. Liked it.

Straight from the can, so no idea on appearance. We'll give it a 4. Initial impression is sticky, resinous, citrus-y and somewhat boozy. Mouthfeel is medium-thick, sticky and a tad rough; carbonation is about perfect. Alcohol is evident but not objectionable. Finish is citrus and pine - slightly bitter but a good bitter if you like assertive IPAs.
