"Jalapeño infused Blonde Ale"

Poured into a tulip glass, this beer has a pale pastel straw gold color, with sharp clarity, and a half inch of white foam on top. Surface has a fine, creamy texture. Some visible carb trails and a little bit of unfiltered sediment.

Clean and distinct pepper scent right away on the first pour, very green and fresh. Second pour it seemed to fade away quickly, but the initial blast of fresh sliced jalapeños was unmistakable.

A slight peppery tingle, earthy and floral, distinct pepper flavors come through. Lingering aftertaste with a slight bit of jalapeño heat, but mild enough it doesn't burn at all. This is really good actually. The base beer is pretty simple and light bodied, slightly fizzy and well carbed. Hope to see this beer at the Great Taste. Recommended if you love chiles.
