Moderately hazy golden orange with a plentiful off-white head that slowly fades to a large-pocked lace.
Floury nose, bready with some chalk-like astringency and bits of dried herbs.
Bready again as it hits the tastebuds. Crackery, light, and dry, and a suitable malt base for a pils. The unfiltered nature of the brew adds a off-sour note in the middle, somewhat lactic in nature, with a dusty, gravel essence as well. It's out of place and not particularly pleasant, though not a deal breaker, outright as it either fades over time, or acclimation makes it seem like it does. Hopping adds light floral notes and crunchy herbs, and a faint squirt of lime.
Light bodied, fattened a tad with the yeast in suspension.
Cleaned up, this would make a nice little quaffer, as both the malt and hop traits are pleasant, if on the meager side. But right now, it comes across like amateurish homebrew.

Bright apricot orange body, some fizzy white foam that fades rapidly to a ring at the edge. No lace to speak of. Unfiltered with some suspended sediment.

Some oddly vegetal hops in the aroma, otherwise nondescript and not especially crisp or malty.

Flavor is unique, must be the "New Zealand hops". Sort of vegetal and tea-like, some honey and floral notes, foamy and slightly astringent. Clean flavor and aftertaste, easy to drink. Earthy, odd hops that have a green tea sort of character. Hard to pull out more than that. This beer needs more of a crispness to the body and some hop bitterness to succeed as a Pils, but its a decent beer regardless of style constrictions. Needs a little work to really shine.
