Domaine Neige & Glutenberg combine again to present the second act of the NEIGE Glutenberg, an October beer with a rich amber color evoking autumn hues.
In addition to the low bitterness of Northern Brewer hops, Styrian Golding, Willamette & Tradition and the animal notes of wild yeasts, the sweetness of the cryoconcentrated apple must used for the making of NEIGE ice cider. Oak chips enhance the acid and vanilla taste of this beer for a warmer, rounder version.

Bottle: Poured a dirty golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of Dry Brett notes with some cider and rum barrel notes also perceptible. Taste is a complex mix of cider with some dry Brett notes with some cider notes, light funk some grainy malt notes and light rum notes are also perceptible. Body is above average with good carbonation. Interesting beer but maybe a tad too many ingredient which creates a flavour clash.
