Tap (Hivernale): Poured a amber color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of big citrus hoppy notes with some cereal notes. Taste is a mix between some citrus hops with some grainy cereal notes and a vegetable finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not a beer I am likely to seek again.

Pours a clear copper/amber with a 2 finger foamy off-white head.

N: Lots of caramel malt and big citrus hop notes. Cereal, Grapefruit.

T: Lots of cereal and citrus. Not too bitter.

M: A really nice mouthfeel with low-medium carbonation. Very easy to drink.

O: A nice easy drinker for an imperial. Well-balanced and definitely a good beginner IPA. I'm a bigger fan of nice orange unfiltered 80+ IBU IPA's but it's nice to bring something a little different into the mix
