These guys understand good service- they are as helpful as you want but are willing to let you handle your own business if you prefer. I've been in while holding a baby and they got my whole order weighed and milled.

They have a lot of experience and answer questions with a helpful and friendly attitude. The prices are competitive and the selection- especially of grain- is very extensive.

After receiving such great service from this establishment, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, except Art's downtown, Art is awesome too. (536 characters)

I'm really excited to have another homebrew shop on the south end of the Salt Lake Valley. The other real options are all down town, and this one is 5 minutes from my house. The guy I worked with, Cody, was very helpful and is passionate about brewing. They have a great selection of ingredients. I picked up stuff for a partial mash american Hefe. They've only been open for a couple months, but they've got their ducks in a row. I'm looking forward to what SCBC will contribute to the brewing community here in the Salt Lake area. (532 characters)
