Warka Strong is a lager with a high alcohol content, which places it in the strong beer segment.

It is characterized by an original malty-hoppy flavor and a beautiful, deep, amber color. The uniqueness of Warka Strong is the result of the unique composition of two malts: light Pilsner, which gives it a beer character, and dark toasted, which adds a unique sweetish aftertaste and amber color. Warka Strong is a beer of excellent quality, which has enjoyed great popularity and recognition among consumers for many years.

Pours a brownish-gold color with a fluffy but quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma was heavy malt with dark fruit. Taste is malt, dark fruit, with honey and vanilla. Hops barely detectable, though there was a slight, crisp finish. Smooth creamy palate. Nothing spectacular, but I liked the flavor and alcohol warmth in this on a cool fall day.

Ok...Warka original isn't so bad as I thought, let's check this out...looks mega smooth in my wine glass, small bubbles. Aroma is super mocne malt like.

Kind of heavy. Really heavy...not great if you are sober. I am a bit too sober for this, and I have had 2 beers already before this. The feel is kind of like the kind of thing that you get offered by homeless people after the bar you are in just closed.

It's rare that I don't want to actually drink a beer. This is only 6.3%, so hardly much stronger than a pilsner. As the taste and feel is totally terrible, I have no idea what the point of this actually is. I feel a bit ill when I drink it. It's definitely not easy to drink. And it's not smooth like a Belgian Tripel, it's just mega heavy and the malt is terrible.

Hops are faintly detectable, but totally overpowered by the sickly heavy malt. I really don't enjoy drinking this. I would only drink this again if...I'm actually not sure.

Even though I hate it, I shall still drink it. Because it would be rude not to.

Now I have a really bad headache. And I never get headaches. So it gets a 1 overall rating, sorry.

Mid-sized creamy head that quickly settles to a part film and then just as quickly disappears. Clear bown brew that resembles tea. This beer is all about maltiness, both on the nose and to taste. Gently sweet. Thin bodied with a little effervesence. Drinkable, but ordinary.

500mL bottle stamped L2277616B227 poured into a becher glass at fridge temp 6.3% ABV. The beer pours bright medium amber with light khaki head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. The aroma is mild with sweet toasted grain. The taste is semisweet, mildly nutty, malt with minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall, better than most European strong lagers, but that's probably partially due to the relatively low ABV for the style.

Bottle purchased at Polska Chata in Irondequoit, NY.

This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like honey, toasted bread, stale grassiness, and some caramel.

This is definitely a bit tastier than I usually find Euro Strong Lagers to be. There’s definitely the enhanced sweetness and overall sweet graininess, but it feels a little bit less strong than it sometimes can be. Maybe this is a somewhat fresher bottle.

This is medium bodied, very drinkable and crisp, with a nice smooth finish.

This is an impressive amped up lager, I enjoyed it for sure – and it most certainly went well with pierogis.

Pours a clear, dark amber, 2" brief head that settles out quickly, light lacing. Nose is earthy, spicy hops, fresh cut grass; not much malt character on the nose, at least off the bat. Taste, however, is pretty consistent with toffee at first followed by butterscotch throughout a very long finish/aftertaste. Mouthfeel is crisp but oily and coating. Not at all objectionable, but not my bag. Still, it does hide its alcohol very well.

Undecipherable can code; drank 5/27/22 @ the Yarchives.

See-through dull orange appearance.

A violent pour yielded a big white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.

Caramel & mild acorn notes in the nose.

Sticky, medium mouthfeel.

Caramel, acorn & faint oak flavors.

Malt forward and a bit much, but not bad. It will do in a pinch.
