A. Good looking beer. Clear gold.

S. Just hops.

T. Hops are very present. Not getting a lot if fruity flavors.

M. A little sticky. Fairly dry.

O. Good beer. Not the best of its style but very very drinkable. Will definitely buy this one again.

Pours a clear copper/ orangeish color, lots of head on this brew with opens up the delicious aromatics of it. Which is a huge citrus nose that explodes all in your nose. I really enjoy the nose on this one. Taste is not very balanced with a brief hint of the fruits in the nose followed by a a very hardy malt backbone that tastes just like moist crackers. Mouthfeel has a moderate amount of carbonation and a bubbly feel to it.

It says on the side this is a northwest style IPA and I found that to be true to its characteristics.

Cool bomber sent to me from Aaron, a brewery I've yet to sample. Steel Toe Size 7, into my Darkness snifter.

A: Clear pale gold, good amount of white head and some lacing.

S: Big, dry West Coast aromas...grapefruit and citrus pith, pine and dry biscuity malt. Pungent, with some pineapple and other citrus aromas as well.

T: Same as the nose really; a good dose of bracing bitterness...pine is dominant, with some of that grapefruit pith...pungent and even dank...biscuity, dry malt backbone. Dry finish.

MF: Medium bodied, dry and bitter.

O: Good! Unbalanced for sure, but the hop component is very nice, and the biscuity malt lends a supporting dry backbone. Well done.
