A- Pours a bright white semi soapy head into a weizen glass. Body is opaque yeasty straw colored. The head recedes in a cap within a couple minutes. Lacing is almost zero in this beer clean glass.
S- Textbook hefeweizen here. Banana, clove, spicy yeasty and lemon rind.
T- Starts out with clove and lemon rind, a bit of banana, and then transitions into a medicinal warming clove and lemon note.
M- I think there is close to enough body but the carbonation feels a little too high which makes the beer feel a little too thin.
O- A good local hefeweizen which I wouldn't regret drinking again in the future. It needs a few tweaks but certainly goes down smooth.
