Pours a murky light yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, grass, fruit, and slight skunk aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, earth, grass, hay, and slight fruit flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is light and easy to drink, but it's a bit more bitter than I was expecting.
