Poured from a 33 cl bottle bought in Madrid.
A - Beer is medium straw-colored and a bit cloudy and murky. I poured aggressively, not realizing the beer was bottle-conditioned, and added most of the sediment to the glass on the initial pour. This left the glass full of many small, swirling, suspended chunks of debris. Head is white, smooth and creamy, and lasts well.
S - Fresh American hop aroma; full of citrus, lemon and pine. No balancing malt or any other aroma development. Clean, but a bit one-dimensional.
T - Hop flavor is fresh and aggressive. No malt to round it out and provide balance. A hint of yeast flavor. Overall impression is a bit watery and soap-like and very one-sided in favor of hops.
M - Thin body, light carbonation is almost non-existent on the tongue. Hop bitterness is moderate, but a bit harsh and soapy. No alcohol burn.
O - A rare Spanish attempt at the IPA style. A bit confused, since the carbonation and bitterness levels imply a British style but the hops are definitely American.

33 cl bottle poured into a Pint glass.
Aroma : floral, resin,
Appareance: golden, hazy, with a white tiny head
Taste: little bit of fruits and citrus before the bitterness at the end.
Palate: medium body with low carbonation.
Overall: light andd refreshing IPA, as a spaniard I don't rate high our beers but this one is a nice and different option for an IPA, honestly, a good surprise for me.

Fair IPA, nothing spectacular but quite a nice surprise from Madrid.
Presentation: 33 ml brown capped bottle. White rhomboid label with the image of the head of the sculpture of the goddess Cibeles presiding it with green typography. Back label offers a small narrative with main ingredients and characteristics. Shows batch 3, best by 12, and 5.1 Alc. by Vol. (7.2%) Served in a tulip glass.
A - Pale to medium amber pour with a nice frothy head, good retention, fair surface memory, and good lacing.
S - Fair nose, not too assertive and a bit too subdued but with a nice and soft citrus faintly floral.
T -Taste follows with a gentle hoppy profile, light biscuity malt. The hop feels a bit generic and tamed it pleasing. But for a nugget bill it does not shine as much as it should.
M - Medium-light body and medium carbonation with a momentarily watery hint before it is rescued by a nice soft bite in the finish,
O - Nice soft flow, nothing to write home about but it comes together rather nicely.
Notes: An IPA from Alcorcón-Madrid! What a sight, and it is rather quaffable. Nothing to make a dent next to international IPA offerings but to see this at the local level is quite a positive sign in what was an otherwise quite barren beer landscape.
