This is surprisingly really damn good!
I often shy away from barrel aged IPAs, but after understanding that this was dry hopped after I was game.
This had a wonderful smell and flavor including the vanilla from the barrel, muted spice from the rye and plenty of fresh simcoe.
Very surprised, but I would hope to see this more often!
