On tap at Denver Beer poured a cloudy yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and citrus. Mouthfeel was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus with a crisp dry finish. Great apperance and good aroma but overall a bit bland.

A nice hoppy Hefe bier on tap yesterday. Taken from notes:
cloudy golden pour, light orange. Nice white cap of foam, lacing is steady.
Aroma; zesty. Some herbal spice and coriander, but mostly lemon-y. butter biscuit here and there.
orange zest, lemon peel, pomelo are constant. The biscuit is more noticeable on the end. The hops jump in to give a fresh crispness and some soft pine. Touch of mint.
