A "lawnmower" beer for lawnmowers with class. This cloudy unfiltered wheat, or hefeweizen, is fermented with just enough lemon and orange to make it feel little like summer regardless of the month. Some soft, spicy noble hops roll into a clean finish leaving your palate begging for more.

Poured into a WBC can glass.
Look: A murky, very dark rusty caramel color? It's almost impossible to describe. A tan head recedes to a thin collar, leaving very nice lacing that eventually disappears.
Aroma: Faint doughy bread with sweet caramel and a touch of banana.
Taste: Initial caramel sweetness is overcome by a hoppy spiciness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied.
Overall: Seems like more of a dark wheat beer to me but despite labels this is easy to drink.

I'm not really impressed by WBC's beers, and this one isn't an exception.
It's not a hefeweizen. It just is not. It meets none of the criteria. It's an American Pale Wheat Ale, and a poor one at that.

On tap. Poured a cloudy, golden-yellow color with a small, thin, white head of foam. It smelled of clove, banana and wheat. There was a grainy aroma, too. It tasted of sweet wheat with some spicy yeast and clove. Subtle banana flavor.
