Reviewing a later batch than previous reviewers. It is what is says it it - an easy drinking Belgian style. Low ABV, highly carbonated, expect and get light body. Without sacrficing taste tho...
Oh, and, erm, Brett was not mentioned in the ingedients but he did make an appearance :-) (284 characters)

Slightly hazy golden colour with a small, smooth, white head. Fair to poor head retention.

Some sweet malt with a clove spice and light fruit note. Simple but nice enough.

Lightly sweet malt with an earthy bitterness. Nice, light spiciness and a touch of fruit. Easy drinking with enough hoppy dryness on the end.

Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Good.

A nice, crisp Belgian style ale with reasonable yeast character. A little unrefined but still quite good from this new nano-brewery. (501 characters)

Pours a golden colour, slightly wheaty-looking. Head is off-white, nice and fluffy with visible bubbles. Retains very well, steady but slow bead as well. Looks great; these Hopdog dudes have a handle on head.

Smells very phenolic, lotsa Belgian character with fresh-cut grass, bubblegum and banana. Mostly fruity, could maybe use some more spice.

Taste is quite Belgian and phenolic on the front-to-mis, with quite dank notes and mild hints of earthy spice. Gets an unfortunate bread yeast note on the back, just the yeast seems a bit overdone where the malt isn't quite there to meet it. Bit chalky and dry, bit of sizzle on the body from carbonation. Neither palate nor feel strikes me as great, just needs a bit more malt balance at times.

Yeah, lacking in a few areas. The right flavours are there but a bit off-kilter. (832 characters)
