Clear and shimmering polished gold with a moderately tall and uneven off-white foam head settling to a wavy thick collar.
Smell has a hint of wine barrel (?) and grass before bretty funk, hay and clovey Belgian yeast take hold.
Taste is kind of a mix between Budweiser and Duvel--quite striking in that way. Bready corn pairs with slightly spicy phenolic yeast through an exceedingly fluffy, airy effervescence that just helps the beer disappear completely from the palate. A lightly stinging, numbing aftertaste brings an unexpected exhale of alcohol, but not in an offensive or boozy hot way at all. It might just be the Belgian yeast doing yeasty things. Either way, it's crazy drinkable.

Pours a slightly cloudy medium yellow with ample foamy head that quickly recedes. Great Belgian aroma with esthers, bubble gum, banana. Good for a domestic Belgian, medium bodied, I am picking up the typical Belgian flavors: clove, banana, white pepper, bubble gum, a little lemon on the finish. Carbonation is abundant and inexhaustible. Abv is well hidden. Finishes with a touch of bitterness and sourness. Overall, I really like this beer, glad they bottled it in 500ml - makes it more drinkable.

I had this on draught. Poured into goblet. It pours a clear, golden color with a one-finger, milk white head and lacing. It has a champagne=like quality and myriad bubbles arose in the glass throughout the pour. It smells of Belgian yeast, lemon, banana, and cloves. The taste is a nice combination of lemon peel, pear, Belgian yeast, cloves, and pepper. It is a tangy, refreshing ale, with abundant carbonation, and with an ABV of 8.7%, it is a substantial beer but not an overpowering one. Overall, it is a nice example of its style, brewed by a premier craft brewer. It would pare nicely with seafood or asian cuisine, as well as for casual drinking.

On tap at Brick house. March Madness. Fruitty belgian. Aroma is orange, mild yeast, ester. Taste is touch of ash. Weak for the style, but smoother feel than normal.

Update: Growler from brewery, to goblet. Liking this more this time. Don't get the bitter ash this time. I think the mouthfeel is very light and the carbonation is still very potent despite this growler being over 48 hours old.
Upping T,F&O. 2.97 to 3.20.

Two-day old, 32 oz crowler poured moderately into a teku.
A - Medium straw color, some lemony highlights in front of a strong light source
S - Full-on banana onslaught; smells like a really, really nice strain of Belgian yeast. Fainter hints of clove, citrus. Alcohol is there but not overwhelming.
T - Clove and pepper, some banana/tangerine, they give way in short order to a very civilized maltiness. Alcohol same as on the nose.
M - Crisp, well carbonated, little bit silky
O - Awesome. Social media doesn't seem to rank Kane's Belgian offerings all that highly; this is the only one I've had so far, but damn, it's solid.

From 11/28/15 notes. On tap at the brewery.
Pours a clear medium orange with one inch of fluffy white head and moderate carbonation evident. Apples, fruity malts, oak, apple juice and cider, spices, pepper, bready malts, and yeast. Smooth medium body and low carbonation.
Overall like a cider or apple juice. Decent beer.
