On draft @ Anniversary Party 9/21/2013

A- A yellow/golden hued beer sporting a frothy bleach white colored head. Head sticks around for a while; great looking beer.

S- Awesome smell, has huge amounts of tropical fruit flavors as I primarily get pineapple, with a slight smell of Brett in the background.

T/M- Taste is great, and follows the nose beautifully. Starts out with a great "bright" pop of tropical fruits with a slight tart Brett taste to quickly follow. This beer was 100% fermented with a Brett yeast so its not overally tart like a secondary fermented beer. Mouthfeel is spot on and helps push the beer down nicely and makes it very refreshing. I could drink this all day.

O- A great beer, and was a super nice and easy drinking beer for the environment I was in (hot+humid) but still packed enough flavor for me wanting more.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Hazy bright orange. Big white head. Very tropical aroma. Tropical hops and brett. Tastes equally tropical. Brett cuts the sweet aspect with leaves a little bitterness and a dry finish. Medium light body. High carbonation. I like that this isn't very bitter, Brett complements the tropical flavors nicely.
