Got in trade with Devin aka ArcTeryx. Been looking forward to trying this one for awhile now. Poured from 12oz bottle.
A- Pour's semi-hazy coppery amber color. One finger light dirty white head that dies down quickly to just skim on top of the beer. Nice sticky lacing on sides of glass.
S- Crisp citrus (pineapple) in here. Caramel malts in there as well. Light alcohol in tailend of aroma. Hops are most scent forward. Lightly muted I think overall.
T- First off strange metallic taste. Nothing bad just kind of there. Stayed the entire beer so I knocked off half a point for that. After that nice citrus hops burst under a caramel sweet malt taste. This beer would be simple and great tasting without the metalic hint to it.
M- Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation is good for style. Hoppy citrus taste left all over palate with a malty aftertaste that is light and not overbearing. Light drying in the mouth with this beer.
D- Good drinking pale ale that was ruined slightly by the metallic overtones to it. Would love to try it again. Actually I could see this becoming a favorite of mine.

A - Classic Golden color, with 1 finger of head, and tons of lace left on the glass
A - Nice light hop aroma.
T - West coast pale ale. Hoppy pale ale. Light hop kick and nice balance with the malts
M - Medium bodied, well carbonated
O - A great tasting light pale ale.
