Poured from a bottle into a Pilsner glass.
Look - light golden color, clear, with about half or three-quarters worth of two fingers of white foam that dissipates somewhat slowly.
Smell - smells more malty than hopy. Not a strong note of spices or herbs.
Taste and Mouthfeel - intense bitterness with the beginning and a bit into the middle, but mostly a subtle fade into a bit of a musky flavor in the finish, which also sweet for a second and then tart in the aftertaste. This beer seems to have it all! Texture is pretty well balanced.
Overall - very interesting beer!! I love the morphing quality of the taste!

T - Sweet and tasty! Malty.
M - Well carbonated, smooth.
