Hazy golden pour. Two-finger head which recedes rather quickly. Light carbonation. Pretty good lacing. Smells like hops and alcohol....what do ya know.
Tastes bitter with citrus and herbal flavors (honestly it tastes like a somewhat legal medicinal herb to me) and a TON of hops. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish. Smooths out as it warms.
Overall this is a bold undertaking yet misses the mark for my palate. I don't consider myself a hop head, but if I was one I am sure this would be a new favorite of mine.

The IPA from Odell is quite nice. The beer poured a clear orange with thin with head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent carries orange peel with touches of pine. The taste is bitter through until the end when a malt sweetness kicks in. The mouthfeel is medium in body with a resiny touch. The carbonation is smooth. Overall this is a solid IPA and certainly worth a taste.
