thanks to pokesbeerdude for another tasty treat. enjoyed from my urthel tulip. best before 9/6/12
a - brew poured a semi transparent honey orange with about 2 fingers of foamy head and chunky milk shake like lacing that left streaks all over the glass.
s - nice balance of hops and some malts. hoppy biscuits. really tremendous smell...clearly a pale ale but with a great hop profile.
t - a bit more bready than the nose suggested, but still has a nice hop balance and finishes with a smidge of bitterness.
m - cool and crisp. medium bodied. nice carbonation, leaves a tingle in my mouth.
o - overall a very nice pale ale. not a malt bomb, great balance...good hop presence, but clearly a pale ale. a damn enjoyable one at that.
