Billed as an extra pale ale. I like that style a little dryer, lower abv. Seems more like an ipa or stronger spectrum pale. Golden-yellow, translucent. Hops subtle citrus, i get a little pine. Mostly malt forward. I'll drink it again.

Bright golden color with thick three fingers head with great retention and leaving lots of laces.
Nice resiny aroma with notes of flowers, pine, herbal tea, orange peel, passion fruit and bread malt.
Quite hoppy and refreshing flavor with notes of pine, a good deal of resin, grapefruit, lots of perfume, tea leaves, some passion fruit and lemon.
Light body with appropriate carbonation for the style. Alcohol of 6.5% abv is simply not there.
Very pleasant and outstanding APA. It has its own character, superbly balanced for hop heads, not cloying and hoppy and crisp. That is definitely a 6-pack beer, to have it in every season.

This is a pretty good summer seasonal, though I prefer some other Odell brews a little more. Not sure it's really that much different than 5 Barrel or even their IPA, but once again, I'll drink it if it's out there. Harder to find than most of their other beers as well, but worth a look.

Enjoyed this wonderful brew on tap. Poured into a pint glass; it's a lovely, clear golden color with dense white foam that leaves lacing down the glass.
The aroma is citrus, pineapple and mango and a hint of candied fruit and sweet biscuit.
The taste SO delivers. Lots of tropical fruit and citrus with a hint of pine bitterness at the end.
The mouthfeel is awesome! Smooth and creamy. The alcohol is totally hidden.
Overall, a delicious and very refreshing pale ale. Among my favorites in this style.
