Big thanks to Tarheel4985 for this one. I'll get you back next time with a better extra, haha. 12 oz bottle shared with my girlfriend, snifter and medium tulip.
A - I love the way this beer looks. It's got a very nice light orange color, almost yellow. Big head presence recedes quickly.
S - decent. I get whiffs of citrus, but it's mainly sweet floral content.
T - there's not a lot in the smell and there's even less in the taste. The bitterness of the DIPA isn't complemented by a strong enough sweet-hop or fruity content. Not one of the better DIPAs I've tasted.
M - the beginning and end are nice. The middle is where you can detect that imbalance between too much bitter and not enough sweet.
O - I'd like to try it on tap out in CO, but I won't be seeking this out until then.

On tap at the Odell Brewery - June 2013
A - Golden, with clarity, 1 finger of head and some sticky lace left on the glass
A - Huge hop kick in the nose! Amazing bitter and sweet.
T - Perfect well balanced DIPA. A little more sweet than bitter. Incredible taste
M - Medium bodied and well carbonated. Great on the palate
O - As good a DIPA as you will ever find. Clone this one, and pass it around. Well done!
