Poured into a pilsner glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy, golden hue. The head is fluffy and white, leaving lacing on the edges of the glass. Since the beer is unfiltered, you can see the yeast floating around in the brew as it stands still. Overall, this is a healthy looking wheat beer.
Smell: As expected, a smell of wheat and grains dominates. There is also a slight tangy aroma within this brew as well. It's nothing complicated, but pleasing.
Taste: Light, crisp, and refreshing. A light malt taste begins, and spreads out over my tongue. It finishes quickly without an aftertaste. Nothing complex here, but this is great for a hot summer day.
Mouthfeel: Light and slick. The body is unobtrusive.
Drinkability: These are quite easy to drink, and would be ideal for a session. If I saw this available on tap, I would definitely give it a shot at a bar.

Golden in color with tiny chunks of unfiltered yeast floating about. Thin head that dissipates at a moderate pace; lacing quickly disappears.
Smell: Banana, with a strong wheat smell.
Mouthfeel: Notable carbonation, a light beer.
Taste: Slight citrus with a nearly overwhelming earthy wheat flavor. The unfiltered nature is very evident.
Though I am a fan of suspended chunks of yeast, and wheat beers in general, the taste was a slightly too heavy towards the wheat. I think the brewer hit what they were aiming for, though, and I can respect that.

12 oz bottle. Pours a glowing hazy dirty yellow with a fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is lemoney wheat.
The flavor is a little citrus with a grainy earthy wheat flavor. It has a lightly bitter citric finish. The mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation and is a little watery.
Overall, I don't really care for American wheat beers, but this is a well done version. I'm happy to grab it at places where more adventurous micros aren't available.

Presentation: 12 oz brown long neck bottle with a bottling date in the bottom left hand corner of the label. Label shows to pour most of the beer out then swirl the rest to agitate the yeast and then pour the yeast in the glass.
Appearance: Very cloudy light orange with a well formed rocky white head.
Smell: Earthy yeasty nose with hints of citrus (some lime more lemon) and malt sweetness, clean aroma.
Taste: Medium body with a mildly creamy complex malt palate, sweet malt stays throughout with some doughy bread flavours. Hops are a touch spicy with a light yet balancing bitterness, flowery and herbal flavour fades quick. Nutty and powdery yeast character with an earthy undertone. A relatively sweet brew and all around pleasant to the tongue.
Notes: Clean cut American wheat brew, well focused on the malts with a well balancing hops and yeast. Optimum lunch time beer material here! Right up there with Widmer’s and Harpoon’s UFO.

12 oz bottle pours a cloudy golden body with a tall vanilla head. Excellent retention and ample clingy lacing. Aroma is mostly clove, with notes of wheat, yeast, and banana. Mouthfeel is a bit overcarbonated with a light medium body. Taste is spicy clove and coriander with citrusy lemon and green banana mingling with light notes of yeast and wheat. Good example of one of my least favorite styles.

Pours a hazy straw color with a large white head. The predominant aroma is wheat, which is to be expected. The flavor is wheat with some citrus, a damn good beer. This is very easy drinking and would be very quenching if it was drank on a hot day. The beer has a thinner mouthfeel.

A little darker look, copper and gold, more clarity than expected, aroma of wheat crackers.
Taste, surprisingly abundant. Big wheat flavor, more of the grassy and crackery vibe. Odell really has been coming on strong lately, ten years ago, wasn't all that impresssed with these guys(gals?). Just like this style more than hefe's, you get some of the citrus feel and just the slightest hop smack.

Cloudy medium yellow after adding the yummy yeast. Small stiff head that lasted a while.
Aromas of bread dough, lemons and a raw floral smell, and you can smell the yeast.
The bread dough comes through right away and then the hops blend in nicely adding an interesting herbal/floral taste along with lemon. Very balanced.
Refreshing and intriguing, very easy to drink. A lot going on for a beer on the lighter side.

Appearance: Cloudy golden orange tint fluffy white head leaves even specks of lacing. Aroma: Wheat sharpness no esters here, we have an American Wheat, with biscuit yeast character to it and light herbal hop dose with citrus zest tones. Taste: Mix of sharp wheat sweetness touch of the citrus tartness herbal hop character very well balanced and tasty at the same time. Mouthfeel: Light bodied evenly carbonated smooth on the palate. Drinkability: No lemon needed refreshing great tasting unfiltered wheat ale beats the pants off of Widmer and many other similar productions of the style.
