Appearance: pours a 2" sudsy off white head which slowly recedes leaving mild lacing. Color is a cloudy amber with some small particles in suspension. Significant carbonation evident.
Aroma: light roasted barley, caramel, grassy and some earthy hop aroma.
Mouthfeel: light, just slightly sticky, crisp, refreshing. Finish is quite dry.
Flavor: toasted white bread, mild caramel, mild hop spice in the finish.
Overall: Very pleasant, very drinkable. Most excellent.

I'm really amazed at the glowing reviews here. I'm not saying this is a "bad" beer. It's a pretty decent beer. It's just... OK. Very drinkable for anyone starting to drink a better domestic beer. Price wise, it should be $7 a six pack. It's light, crisp, and sharp. BUT, for all the good press, it's just an average craft beer. I will drink it if t's on sale. It's nice and neutral, but it really has no wow factor, or fun factor. The pour is good, the taste is good, bit I regress, there's a ton of better beers out there for the price! I wish they would promote this in twelve packs as an American Ale. It would destroy all the domestic beers, and make people take notice. All in all, this is a beer that SHOULD be expected. No risk, no reward, but decent in all regards. I love Odell's Levity and IPA. Now that I think/write about it, this may be , THE best intro brewery in the nation. Their beers aren't the best example, of what you should expect out of a craft beer, without being too adventurous. Don't get me wrong. I love the Odell Brewery, and I gladly support everything they do, but once you get in to deep, there is many more mountains with better peaks!
Thanks Odell. You should be America's Brewery, NOT Budweiser or Miller:)
