Yellow and slightly hazy, many rising bubbles, more than usual for a DIPA, and this comes out in the higher than expected, and tangier bite when it comes to mouthfeel.

Piney, resinous, with a touch of funk and floral hops.

Fairly dry even tho there's a touch of sweet in there somewhere. A bit of odd slick and oily earthiness in the finish.

On draft at the Odell Brewery June 2013

A - Darker yellow, slight clarity, tons of head and sticky lace
A - HUGE hop kick in the nose. Bitter! Love it! This beer is saying "taste me"
T - Damn tasty blend of citrus and bittering hops. Incredible smoothness. This one needs to be released on a regular basis!
M - : Highly carbonated, crisp.
O - An incredible DIPA. Get this one while you can. Cure ALS

Pours firey golden with a nice white head. Great retention and then lacing on the sides of the glass. Aroma was largely French Onion suup with slight hits of tropical fruity sugars and toast. Flavor pretty much followed suit. A smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, I am not usually sensitive to the whole onion aroma/flavor from the hops, but here that definitely took over for me. Not a fan.

Poured from tap into Odell tulip at the brewery. Really cool brew...all experimental hops..but one is mosaic I think. ..and the proceeds go to ALS. Also fitting as its Lou Gherigs b day today.
Really great copper color with huge foamy head. Great sweet candy and citrus hop aroma. Sweet malty flavor is blanketed by huge citrus and pine candy hop flavor. Its so juicy sweet. Its scary easy to drink and not over bitter at all.
Really an awesome brew.
