Poured from a bottle with a "best by" date of 2/11/14; into a pint glass.
Appearance - gold color, tons of bubbly carbonation, a fluffy, white head that builds with the bubbles. Lacing is adequate.
Smell - sweet citrus fruit, some banana, peaches and mango.
Taste - flavorful with lemon zest, orange, and some stone fruit.
Feel - light body, nice carbonation, easy to drink and refreshing!
Overall - this is a very enjoyable beer and in a mixed 12 with some other great Odell offerings, makes this a nice value!

Another one off in the odell variety pack - can't get it anywhere else but on tap or in this variety pack... the appearance of this beer is very appealing, hazy peachy orangish golden color with a considerably moderately high looking carbonation. The smell is odd for a saison, it is dry hopped but the hops seem to have overtaken this one at least in aroma, not much clovey yeastiness apparent in the aroma, at least not enough for a saison style. Flavor is spot on with the aroma, this should be classified as a Belgian ipa for style, unfortunately the hops they used are extremely floral, nothing but which is my least favorite, I try to be fair in ratin a beer according to it's style but the over all characteristic of this beer do not fit this style, the dry hopping and choice of hops in my opinion have ruined this beer. Like sucking on a bouquet of flowers...yuck!
