A- great atmosphere plenty of seating great people with great beers in a great city

Q- Honestly my favorite brewery in Colorado, everything sold in that tap room is of the highest quality

S- the service was above average, the Saturday I was there the tap room was slammed and i still only waited about 5 minutes for a flight. the following Sunday morning during an epic snow storm we were the only ones there so that provided an awesome opportunity to talk with the staff where i received at Pliny the younger tapping tip (thanks again guys!!)

Se- the selection was excellent many beers on tap several that you can not get outside the brewery some of my favorites at the time were the wooden side care and pina agria

F- Now Odell's doesn't have food that they make but common link food truck is parked out back quite frequently and let me tell ya those guys can make some amazing grub. the poutine is a must try

V- well i guess the value is what you place your values on, the tap room was pricey paid 21 bucks for a 32 oz fill of wooden sidecar but how can you put a price on perfection. ended up bringing 96oz of wooden sidecar back to steamboat. so value was great imo if you are in colorado there is no reason to not go to this brewery.

Odell was the highlight of my Fort Collins visit. They offered 3 flights of little beer samples for a nominal amount of money that came with a little token for $4 towards merchadise, so basically it was either free or only cost a few bucks depending on the taster.

Many of their experimental stuff that isn't currently bottled was available, including the rare ones that are corked in the big bottles. All of the beers were incredibly fresh, and the staff was very kind.

Tour was nice and short, but informative as well. New facility is exceptional.

Only negative was that on the tour I was disappointed to hear their stance on hiring within for their brewers rather than hiring professionals who go to school to learn this profession. Pour beers, give tours, haul stuff around the brewery... then you have the knowledge and skill of a professional brewer (eventually) somehow? Unbelievable. Hey why hire a graduate student graduating with a PhD to teach courses when we can hire someone who worked in the cafeteria first, then in the copy center, and then as a secretary to a professor? What a slap in the face to professional beer education.

When did we get to start reviewing breweries? I like it.

Love Odell's. This is a must stop in Ft. Collins. Wait, a must stop if you're in Colorado. The beer is outstanding. A great standard lineup as well as their 5 barrel beers. Everything on the pilot tray system is unique and fantastic. I'll give you an example. A couple of years ago, I got to try a series of Pale Ales and IPA's over a couple of months. Come to find out the patrons of the tasting room were getting to try what would become their IPA. One of the best IPA's that I've tried.

The atmosphere is great, the people who work there are awesome. All around a great experience. A must if you're going to be in Colorado.

- Have been here many times and bar none favorite brewery in Fort Collins- (Funkwerks second). High quality beer, to which one of the best in the state. Only drawback had bad experience with one of the retail peeps; sent me to the back of line cuz she thought I cut. I certainly didn't and one of her co-worker rectified by giving free beer tokens :). Overall undoubtedly will not be disappointed.

I spent so many Friday evenings here during my years in Fort Collins- before, during, and after the expansion/remodel. It is hands down my favorite brewery to visit. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, always a wide array of incredible beers on tap. I used to obsess over the IPA on nitro. Also, the small batch fest (which was a little out of control the last couple of times I went) was always one of the highlights of my year. Great beer, great atmosphere. I love Odell and miss it everyday.

Stopped by here while on vacation - unlike New Belgium, their tours were not booked out two months.

The brewery is very impressive even from the parking lot - it's a very new, clean, modern looking facility with cool stuff like custom hopvine bike racks and hop vines growing all over the wooden pillars in their entryway.

The tour was probably the best one I've ever been on. By being 25 minutes long, it was short enough to keep my non-beer geek traveling partners interested, and they were able to answer any and every question posed by beer geeks.

The sample room is very well laid out - there are two different tasting flights available and they have snacks and swag available for consumption. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

Odell has a great facility with a healthy mix of modern and traditional brewing methods, an excellent tour, and a very fun but unassuming sample room. I highly recommend stopping here even if it's out of your way.

Odell brewing is the best Brewery in the state, here's why:

1. Always loaded with happy employees/customers
2. Swag is 2nd to none
3. Brew is ALWAYS fresh and plentiful
4. Tour kicks ass
5. Their recent expansion is letting them send the cat out of the bag. a.k.a they're brewing up some delicious experimental stuff
6. They aren't selling out like other breweries just to make a higher profit
7. They're located in the Fort (the best city in CO)
8. They brew enough of "the good stuff" for seemingly everyone to be able to get their hand on some
9. Outrageous parties
10. Distribution is solid and never undersold
11. Why do I need to sell you on Odell???? Their brew speaks for them...

At the time of my visit, this place had the handicap of being in the process of being renovated. Otherwise wow, what a great experience. Had a sampler of their beers and loved every single one, regardless if I was a fan of the style. It reminded me of New Glarus, who without the fanfare of the mega beers quietly puts out a great line up of carefully crafted beers. Then when I toured I learned that they had begun special and aged releases in bombers. Halfway through the tour we met Doug Odell, who happened to be there that day overseeing how the renovation was going. We got first hand stories about the history of the brewery and processes involved in the bottling of beer. In the brewpub I mentioned I was from Wisconsin and asked if I had any New Glarus. Unfortunately it was all gone, but she was still interested in other things I had from the Midwest. My tour guide also was curious, and as they feverously looked through my boxes, Mr. Odell asked what the hubbub was about (which made me a little worried). The barmaid told me about my willingness to trade, which he in turn asked me if he could have a couple of bottles as well. I obliged, as I noted how great his line up is and that I couldn't get his beer back home and wished I could. Mr. Odell is a true benefit to the craft brewing industry.

If the food trucks are out this place is heaven, if they're not, its only just slightly less perfect. They're the best brewery in Northern Colorado in my book. The beers are superb and it seems like they've always got something new going on as a local collab, if you're in FC go here.

This is one of the best breweries in the state.
With so many craft breweries popping up all over Colorado, these guys just seem to brew only great beers.
When I am in Fort Collins, I always make my way to Odell's.
I heard they are doing another expansion, to make the tap room even bigger with and outside stage area and really making the experience better, the only complaint I could possibly have is when they are having an event, it can get a little too crowded. But as far as the beer goes, it absolutely the best I have tried.
It is must go to if you are anywhere in Colorado.

Great location to drink. The tour of the facility was the best I have had. The staff are tremendously helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They have a very streamlined process for ordering and paying, their sampler had an incredible display of their range. The bourbon barrel aged beer you got to try for free on the tour was fantastic. I could easily spend the whole day in their trying everything they had on tap and probably not be able to try them all.

I highly recommend visiting this brewery, it was fun and educational. I wish I could get their beer out on the East Coast.

This brewery is one that should be bigger and more known. It's quaint in size, but they're known for their massive hoppy beers. I had the pleasure of living a couple miles away, and I miss it everyday. I had many fun, memorable days playing corn hole, drinking delicious brews, hanging with good, real people, and watching Odell grow in popularity in the short time I lived in FoCo. I can't wait to go back. Maybe someday they'll ship out here to Florida... In terms of food, they always seem to have "Jax Seafood" tent setup outside. The seafood is quality for being in Colorado, but I'm from the beach, I have had some of the best and most fresh seafood around. So I am a little biased. IPA, Myrcenary, Cutthroat Porter, Wooden Elephant (when available), St. Lupulin are just a few of the must try beers.

Is this heaven? Yes! This place is hands down my favorite brewery in Colorado. The consistency and quality of the beer is the best I've ever had. The tap room has the happiest employees I've ever met. This is the best place to have a perfect beer and meet the friendliest people. Drink up!
