Heard about this place downtown, figured I'd check it out after work. Huge selection of beers both bottled and on-tap -- Schlafy & Boulevard (multiple kinds) of course, plus SA, Rogue, Sierra Nevada, several imports, and some brands I actually hadn't heard of. Prices for beer are fairly flat, between $3.25 for macro and $3.75 for craft & imports, but the glasses for the on-tap selections look like 16oz vs the 12oz bottles, so a slight discount is built in for draft & 2) they seemingly always have some form of special even on top of this (I saw one listed right by the door for late night "kill the keg"). They also have liquors for shots or mixed drinks.

Food is typical wings/pizza/burgers type sports bar food, with some twists. They actually have a burger that has pulled BBQ pork on it, for one. I had their pizza, it's a thin yet not hard STL style which they top pretty generously.

Several big-screen HDTVs all over the place. Last night I went they were simultaneously showing a Cardinals game and Mizzou football, pretty big crowd. Kinda too big for the size of the place IMO, though this is JC we're talking about. Even when packed the service doesn't suffer.

BTW: If anyone is an MMA fan, know that they'll be getting all the UFC PPV events on those TVs...

Owner of the place is nice and highly knowledgeable about beer. Went midday the first time with the place less populated and while talking with a few of his buddies he actually angled for an opinion on a new beer he was considering adding to the lineup! How's that for customer appreciation?

I'm definitely going back.
