Always a decent beer selection. Food is well made. Atmosphere is cool, the wife loves it. The star of the show here is the Asian Slaw and Chips w. bleu cheese!

Food is great here. Pretty much something for everyone. Love the hummus and chips with blue cheese that come with the meal.
Beer selection is average at best, but from time to time they have some good rotating seasonal. Great place to eat before you hit up some good Bayview bars.

LuLu is a Bayview stalwart. A nice mix of eclectic home cooking and a enough craft beer to keep me interested.

Pretty much coffee shop meets bar meets hip diner. Very cozy and warm feeling to the place.

The food is the star of the show but don't worry the tap and bottle list will give you enough craft options to keep you happy.

Service is always solid. Wheather at the bar or sitting at a table.

Overall just another place to stop if you want a hearty meal and would like to enjoy something other than BMC.

Never thought of LuLu as a beerfly establishment, especially with Sugar Maple and Cafe Centraal right down the street. LuLu serves great sandwiches, and technically has a bar, but not much of a beer selection, unless something has changed very recently. There were a handful of basic WI beers on the list. Drank a Schlitz with a tasty cuban sandwich last time we were here, then headed over to meet folks at the Bomb Shelter for beers.

Vibe is decidedly eclectic and retro, the left side feels like an old diner, with local art and show posters on the walls. Tile floor, drop ceiling, long formica diner lunch counter that seats 20 or so. On the right side, it's darker and more intimate, with wood floors, exposed brick and timber walls, table seating and a small bar for 12 or so. Service can be slow at times, but they are friendly at least. They host events and live music here, so that can be a draw. As a beer bar though, it's not really qualified to hold that title.
