Had it on tap at Max's (from notes)
A: Nice golden color that is transparent.
S: Lightly floral with lots of citrus notes.
T: Strong, biting hops in a full frontal assault with a mild peppery aftertaste. Strong pine resin with a bit of citrus.
M: Lots of carbonation but it is good and coarse. A bit peppery also. Complements the hop profile very well.
O: Lovely IPA that has a great hop profile with a great mouthfeel. One of their best.
Serving type: on-tap

"Belgian yeast combines with American hops to create this unique IPA. Fruity notes from the Belgian Yeast as well as Citrus from the use of Perle, Simcoe, Cascade and Citra Hops. Dry Hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin.
7.5% ABV 74 IBU"
A= Pours a slightly cloudy, orange hue. Almost no head.
S= Strong belgium yeasts upfront. Pineapple, grapefruit follow.
T = Very well balanced Belgium IPA. Not to overly bitter at the end. Belgium yeast fades into great hop profile. A ton of citrus. Very dank!
M = Very smooth on the palate. Not to heavy, very refreshing.
O = I would come back to this one again. A great beer with a great style. Nice and earthy and also a lot of citrus!
Serving type: growler
