Grassy notes, a bit of citrus. Too light yet too hoppy, and very one note (even for a session ale). Not my thing.

I don't understand the love for this beer at all. This is honestly one of the worst beers I've ever had, I can appreciate hoppiness but this is just pure bitter oversaturation of hops to (imo) hide an otherwise unremarkable ISA. This is one of the very few beers I've ever had to attempt to forcefeed myself, before tossing it away (I almost never do that) for its sheer all around awfulness. The only redeeming thing about this beer is the surprisingly nice pale straw colour and the halfway decent piney-citrusy smell. Besides those ok notes, I'd ACTUALLY rather have a can of Molson or Bud or some other bland and boring trash filled receptacle over this overrated monstrosity

Can - pale straw color with a 1 finger rocky cap. West coast aroma; citrus-pine-fruity. Flavor is fruity-light bitterness with a sweet malt presence, finishes fast and lightly bitter. Weak, thin, sweet and uneventful - add insult to injury it come in a small portion can - wassamatter, afraid someone might actually catch a buzz?

Pours an golden clear with a thin head which breaks quickly, leaving some okay lacing to be found. The smell is citrus and malts with a touch of sweetness. The taste follows the nose, the hops are citra bitter and there is some grassyness to this. The feel is light with a good amount of carbonation. There is bitterness in the finish that helps the overall experience for the posititive.
Not a bad session beer, I suspect this can of being long in the tooth and that may have affected my perceptions. Still, it is in the running for a good beer to have at the lake this summer.

A - From Can N/A
S - pine & grapefruit. Distinct and phenomenal smell. Lots of late hop additions here.
T - citrus hops balanced with bready malt. Sweetness after.
F: a tiny bit overcarb.
Overall, a good option for summer drinking. As mentioned, 5% is higher than most ISA
