A: This poured a hazy dark mahogany with a bit of light tan head.
S: It smelled like tons of bourbon and oak, with chocolate and vanilla and toasted coconut.
T: It tasted like sweet caramel and raisins, with bourbon and vanilla and toasted oak, and maybe a hint of apricots. It had a clean and sweet aftertaste.
M: It was oily with a little carbonation. Great slick body.
D: This was very similar to the normal bourbon cru, without hardly any apricot. However the scent and taste were maybe even better somehow. The body was excellent, and the finish was crazy smooth. The alcohol was well hidden too, so it was really easy to drink. Would probably age well, but no need because it's already so good.
