A: A deep straw color with very nice clarity. bright white head on top that gentle falls in onto itself.
S: There is a nice flour and bread aroma.. Fresh baked bread with a little bit of grain. There is a slightly fruity note, possibly from yeast the yeast, which Is reminiscent of a sweet fruity sparkling wine.
T: The bread smell continues through the flavor, slight corn flavor, as well as a shot of dry bitterness. The hop character comes out as slightly earthy.
M: Soft mouthfeel, fairly high carbonation, and fairly dry.
O: Overall light and refreshing. The low amount of bitterness adds some interest, but not a lot of pizazz. Still overall a great beer for the beach, or after a long day in the hot sun.

Poured from the can into a nonic pint glass. Canned Jan 24th 2014, slightly old here.
A soapy thick and bone white head three fingers tall, sits on a cloudy and murky apricot orange to amber body. Some fine floaties. Head settles very slowly with some soapy retention.
Aroma is virtually non existent. Some sweet grains a bit, a little bit of orange like juice. Not much really going on or to say here.
Palate brings a little bit of the subdued senses. Mild pleasurable malt bill, with a good thick body. Slightly orange fruit sensations, and minimal bitterness. A bit of nice juiced quality to the beer, but struggling to find more to say.
I am not sure being that old for a cream ale is making a difference, but while enjoyable there is not a lot going on, compared to other creams I've had.
