I'm terrible at doing reviews, but wanted to add this one to the list.

Had this served on tap at the brewery, and then took a growler home to share. Pours a nice dark brown color with no head or lacing. The aroma has a nice Belgian-ish (not a word) scent. I really enjoyed the taste as well, very enjoyable, and very good for the style.

Hopefully someone can come along and write a better review. Thanks again for letting me come in when you were closed, guys! (468 characters)

look: 3.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Appearance: Arrives with a coffee brown color but not much of a head; little lacing

Smell: Caramel, fig and dates

Taste: Caramel tones, up front, with the dark dried fruit flavors developing in the middle; post swallow, there is a bit of hop action to balance out the sweet flavors

Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation

Overall: A pretty fine example of a style that is not often attempted on this side of the pond (436 characters)
