Fun 12
White head. Gold color.
Tequila and fruits. Big sweet honey flavor. Belgian yeast. Herbal and spicy. Belgian esters.
Not a terrible beer, but not something I'd want a lot of.

Says 012 2015 on the bottle, I assume month/year.
A: Nice dark orange pour, slightly hazy. Small soda-like tan head that fades quickly. No lacing and no head retention.
S: Certainly get that woody tequila aroma initially. Lots of sweet bread underneath. Lots of cloves, banana and hints of black pepper.
T: More of the same. Heavy banana bread up front mixing with a smooth tequila flavor and a touch of vanilla and red wine. Tequila is not particularly strong but it's there. More bananas with some citrus and cloves in the finish. Lingering oak and hints of white pepper in the finish.
M: Heavy and smooth with a dry-ish finish.
O: Tequila wine and tripel. Interesting brew. The barrel character is not extremely strong but still contributes nicely. On the sweeter side for sure. I enjoyed it more than I expected since I don't like tequila or wine but I DO love tripels.
