A can from a 6 pack picked up at Green's Buford Hwy. 1st craft beer in a can from a GA brewery
A - A clear golden pilsner color, with 1 finger of head and nice sticky lace left on the glass
S - Lots of grainy malts, maybe hints of citrus from the hops
T - Big grainy malts, biscuit flavor. A hint of citrus hops at the end. Well balanced, smooth.
M - light bodied, decent amount of carbonation
O - As the can says, it is very refreshing after a long day in the sun in the summer time. Excellent beer to take a 6 pack or 2 with you up to the lake on a hot summer day. Also great to find a local brewery getting into the canning movement...

This is one of the first breweries I tried in the Atlanta area so I'm particularly loyal to this place. That being said, Long Day has been one of my favorite beers. It goes down easy and tastes great. Def better on tap but most beers are for that matter.

Good beer for a lager from a can. Found it in a minks in Marietta GA so decided to buy it.
Appearance: darker than a usual lager. A heavy golden lager
Smell; dark with a slight hoppy sent
Taste: mild malty taste with a hint of hops
Mouthfeel; not sure what to say for this part (first time rater)
Overall; very happy with this beer.i rarely have high expectations with beers in cans but these red hare fellas did a good job. I would describe it as a perfect camping beer. Stuck in the woods and bottles arnt Eco-friendly, this is the beer you want, it's not the bud lite piss everyone else has taken with them but it's also not intensely hoppy/malty.
Could certainly kill a six pack of these and be more than merry :)
