The description of this beer at the bar was, an IPA for people that don't like hops. I wouldn't have worded it that way, but it has the taste of a great IPA without the sometimes withering bitterness you expect. Delicious, nice departure from the classic IPA.

A freshly tapped firkin served in pint glass.
A - Hazy amber with about a finger of head.
S - Piney but not as much as I get off regular G'Knight. Don't know if it is due to it being cask or an effect from the dry hopping.
T - OMG! It is incredible! I don't know if it is the dry hops that the brewery say are from "same soil as sauvignon blanc grapes" or the cask conditioning but this is a great tasting beer. Not a fan of the usual piney flavors that come with IIPAs but citrus comes shining though without being overpowering. Very refreshing.
M - Smooth and creamy. Very easy to drink. Had a hard time ordering another beer to try since part of me wanted another. Makes this a dangerous brew with the sneaky alcohol level.
O - Another great cask from Oskar Blues! These guys know how to do an English real ale. Need to get back up there again before this cask is out.
