Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Pilsner glass.
Appearance: Clear & bright golden yellow with thick, bubbly, stark white head and nice, clingy lacing.
Smell: Strong apple, almost like apple juice. Some pepper and spicy hops.
Taste: Well balanced mix of apple, straw, hay, pepper and spicy hops. The Saaz is evident but more restrained than I expected. Overall, this is a fairly mild Pilsner.
Feel: Smooth and creamy, medium bodied. Carbonation is kept more in check than standard for the style. This unfortunately makes it less effervescent and crisp as some others, but it also makes it silkier. Finish is mostly dry.
Overall: Mild, but exceedingly well made Pilsner. This was a pleasant surprise, as I was not expecting much.

This was unfortunately a s***product.
Smell-smelled like methane. I thought someone had released air from their rearend but alas it was my pint of beer I just received.
I do not know if this was a very old keg, but this was worse than a mass market beer.
Serving type: on-tap

Poured from Can into half pint tulip
A - pours a yellow colour with a medium white head with excellent retention
S - floral hops, pilsner malt, hints of fresh grass and some bread
T - starts with an initial floral/pine hop hit followed by sweet malts and more floral notes. Excellent.
M - very smooth, crisp and refreshing. Finishes medium dry
