On-tap at Applebee's in a 28oz. Big Brewtus glass.
A- Deep amber with a two finger white head that stuck around. Good degree of clarity.
S- Pine, floral, citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. Also getting some berry aroma. Didn't expect it to be this hoppy.
T- Medium toasted malts, pine, grapefruit, floral, and a sort of sweet raspberry flavor, I hope this place cleans and changes their draft lines. Medium-light level of bitterness.
M- Medium, easy drinking.
O- Hoppier than expected and really almost more of an IPA to me, apart from not being that bitter. I hope the berry flavor I'm getting isn't from some shandy or something they had on the line before.
Serving type: on-tap
