Can poured into a chalice
A- Cloudy, with a fine, very thin head. Lacing is evident.
s- Tropical, sweet hop profile.
t- Dry, balanced, pine resin and grapefruit hop. Some dank, dark, grassy hops that have qualities similar to Japanese Gyokuro green tea.
m- Dry, full, and balanced. Excellent.
o- Well rounded and a very fine example of a great DIPA. This would rank with Sculpin, Hop Wollop, and Mahajara, but not quite Pliny or Hopslam.

Born on date : 4/24/14 - Enjoyed 7/27/14
A: Honey colored with 1 finger of white head. The head settles relatively quickly. The can includes a very obvious, and readable, born on date on the bottom!
S: Piney and floral. There are mild hints of citrus. As it warmed I got more grassy smells.
T: Sweet on the front of the tongue. The finish is piney and grassy with just a hint of bitter.
M: Smooth and easy to drink. The carbonation is low.
O: Great overall beer. All of the parts play well together. Only a slight hint of the 8% ABV. This beer is complex and has lots of flavors going on. Also the bitterness is kept in check - which I like.
